- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I've used this agency for almost 12 years. They used to have great customer service when they were smaller, but over the years, as they've grown, it's gone way downhill. Most recently, I've been waiting for a call back for over a week. And I even called again two days ago, with no response as of yet. And it's par for the course lately. Changes I've made in the last few years have had issues, things are done incorrectly, and require multiple calls to resolve. This is the reason I'm waiting for a call back now, to fix yet another thing done wrong. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm changing agents.By Angela Bowman, October 18, 2016
