- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Friday evening (the start of memorial day weekend) I discovered there had been a glitch with my individual health insurance premium payment. My policy had been cancelled! The insurance company was closed for the weekend. I've never been without health insurance coverage and was in a panic. Over the weekend I was unable to contact the original broker who set me up with the policy in the first place. I happen to know Stacey professionally and it occurred to me to reach out to her. She was amazing. She gave me the facts and options and recommended what I should do to resolve the issue. Most valuable of all she gave me peace of mind for the rest of the weekend.
