  I felt respected from the very first contact. Laura never failed to respond to even small questions quickly, thoroughly and in what I call "ordinary mortal talk." She made sure that both my former husband and I understood every step completely, and also made us feel totally comfortable with the process. Not to mention, her rates are extremely reasonable, and she accommodates mulltiple schedules without flinching. If you find yourself in the difficult position of needing to work with a mediator, I couldn't recommend her more highly.

  I have used Hall Mediation Services for marital mediation so that we didn't need the divorce mediation. And, so far it's worked! I have also taken two classes with Laura - both were useful, insightful and immediately applicable. I was thoroughly impressed with Laura's neutrality and ability to make the process the focus rather than conflict. She truly holds a great space to move forward. I have also referred a number of couples to her for classes, mediation and divorce mediation (that one is never a fun conversation - but so necessary for a quicker and less expensive divorce).
