  I deposited a large check here from my insurance company. The teller called my home Key branch in Hood River to inquire as to when the funds would be available. She told me 2 days. When the funds were not available in 3 I called my home branch to discover that they had told the teller 10 days, yet in the time it took to walk to the front counter she had apparently forgotten. They first told me that the delay was due to the insurance company. This caused me huge expense in extending my rental car and a delay in buying a new car. 10 days to clear a check from a large insurance company seems rather excessive to me. I am now very happily with On Point credit union.

  It only just occurred to me I get charged 5 f*ckn dollars EVERYTIME I use an out of system atm but key hardly has an atms anywhere. Not 5 per month, 5 per transaction plus the fees on top of whatever the other at charges. I only just noticed I'm spending over . 100 dollars a month to turn electronic signals into spend able dollars. Come Monday I'm closing my account, f*ckn theives!

  The atm would not accept my check deposit customer service told me it takes all forms of checks what a joke
