  We recently met with John. He's understanding and a good listener. In our situation we needed John's opinion. He was upfront and honest. In the end we didn't need his services but John's professional demeanor and follow through left us with a very good impression. He really does care. Also, his staff (Joe & Theresa) are friendly and efficient too.

  John recently helped my mom and I figure out a power of attorney and some other estate issues, and he was just great!! He was very friendly and easy to talk to, and was very helpful and accommodating to our situation.   I was helping a friend by doing some research. I placed a call to his office in the morning, but he was in court. Mr. Lutgens did return my call that afternoon. I informed him that my friend had committed to another attorney already. Despite that, he asked me a few questions regarding the case, and gave me some very useful information. All this knowing he would not be representing us. A rare and commendable way of doing business in this day and age. Should I ever need legal assistance in the future, my first call will be to John Lutgens
