  My husband Scott and I we're having issues with the original parenting plan,that was set forth during his divorce proceedings with his exwife of seven years. We knew the children had been having a hard time with how their mother conducted herself when she spoke to and about their father and I.They also had great concern and anxiety regarding their mother's choice to move into her boyfriends home. We did the best we could in comforting the children and acknowledging their feelings. We felt hopeless until our daughter told us about the mental and physical issues occurring in the home. This is when we contacted Thomas Foley. A few parishioners at our church suggested we go speak to Tom. We wanted someone to represent us and conduct themselves as a Catholic would. In fact we later found out that he was on the back of our church bulletin and was a parishioner at our church. Tom represented us well and always explained what he was doing and why. While talking to Tom one day I realized why I took so well to his conversation. He is a man who knows how to listen and observe clients so he can best represent them. He is a man of few words but grand in his actions. Tom has an assistant Deb that is simply divine. She was so wonderful and understanding and knew just how to help Tom represent us in a proper Catholic/just manner. I don't know what Tom would do without her, she is quite a lady, and knows how to keep things real and on level. This experience has taught our family a great deal. It was not easy to go through every day life and not be affected by each daily issue. BUT WE WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN, to help the well-being of our two beautiful children. I just hope that Tom and his staff would be at our sides once again. The Short family can't thank you enough. Thank you for your grace and compassion during it all, M

  This guy is the worst criminal he destroys families and removes children from loving caring homes in exchange for monetary compensation and bragging rights to claim he has won a case. I hope and pray there is a hell so individuals like phoney foley can burn for eternity
