  It is all about people dealing with people. Jevon Domench made it easy to choose Academy Mortgage. Candi Pratt made it easy to BE an Academy client. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are great representatives for your Company...and as it turns out, a couple of VERY decent people as well. Candi was detailed and professional. Good humored and diligent in a process that can easily be intimidating. Jevon was awesome...guiding the ship through the figurative icebergs. As someone who lived and worked in an age before computers and the Internet grew to dominate...it sometimes takes gentle guidance for someone "of age" to navigate the process. Jevon and Candi were that and more. I have bought and sold homes as my family has moved and grown over the years. Thanks to Jevon and Candi, this was our best experience with a mortgage company by far!!

  We are first time buyers and were fortunate enough to end up working with Brook Trang at Academy. She was always very quick and responsive to any emails we sent and if unable to take my call she would call right back. She was also flexible in times to call and our initial meeting because of my and my husband's work schedule. Her support team specifically Angi was professional and prompt when corresponding and very helpful when I had a question of them. We were so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and quick turnaround. We will only use Brook and Academy in the future and always recommend to people we know. Thanks for making the experience stress-free and positive.

  As a first time home buyer i was anxious about the process. Matt was able to break down the steps and provide an explanation that i could understand and feel confident about. Matt's communication was absolutely amazing, being able to text a question, and have it answered quickly, was certainly beyond my expectation. Academy was quick and efficient, like an experienced team of professionals who really know what they are doing.
