  This is a busy location but they always seem ill prepared for the business. They are unorganized with many employees just standing around either trying to make small talk instead of helping us get on our way or are just talking behind the counter for extended amounts of time. The merchant line is extremely slow and doesn't usually have a dedicated teller that seems to know what they are doing. This makes for a long wait. Often the wait time is 20+ minutes.

  Spoke to Josphine who told she couldn't authorize a deposit for a third party check. Goes to get the service manager Joni who says she can't accomadate me eaither or authorize it eaither. Called my normal wells fargo on122nd in portland who said they will. Clearly a double standard at this location and poor customer service to accomadate me especialy being a member for over a decade. I would use this place for their drive through ATM only as thats going to be the best customer service you recieve at this location. Portland location confirms that wellsfargo can deposit third party checks aka collection at their discretion. Wonder what it is about me and my business that I had to go to portland. Policy: We may send a check for collection instead of depositing it. This means we send the check to the issuer’s bank for payment, and your account will be credited when we receive payment from that bank.

  I literally don't understand the poor reviews. I had a delicate banking situation to be handled. Jarred ( hope the spelling is right.) was awesome. So professional and to the point. Plus he is a pet person. I loved the friendliness and accuracy of my needs. No pressure. The bank manager ( I forget her name. Sorry! I was really overwhelmed!) was very professional and even the bank teller. I never go into a bank in a hurry. It is what it is. Sum up. Great service. Accurate and helpful.
